A Secret Service employee takes leave immediately after celebrating the founder of the U.S. Turning Point Charlie KirkFox News Digital confirmed assassination in social media posts.
A U.S. Secret Service spokesman told Fox News Digital on Friday afternoon when asked about Anthony Pough’s employment status.
Pough celebrates Kirk’s shocking assassination in a Facebook post, including accusing the murdered conservative fires of ejecting “racism.”
“If you mourn [sic] This guy… delete me. He vomited hatred and racism during the show,” he wrote. A truly clear politics, This was first reported in a post on Thursday in Pough.

“Especially when we should mourn the innocent children killed in Colorado,” he continued, referring to the evergreen high school shooting, which was injured Wednesday.

Kirk attended a U.S. turnaround Wednesday afternoon at Utah Valley University when a shot rang out and hit Kirk in the neck. He was taken to a local hospital and was pronounced dead a few hours later.
Kirk leaves behind his wife Erika Kirk and their two 1 and 3 year olds. Kirks got married in 2021.
Vice President JD Vance Second Lady Usha Vance accompanied Kirk’s coffin back to Arizona, where he traveled with his family through Air Force Two.
Trump announced Friday morning when he appeared on Fox and Friends that police arrested the suspect in the case. Tyler Robinson, 22, was later identified as the suspect in the assassination.
“We got him on the evening of September 11,” Utah Gov. Spencer Cox announced Friday morning.

“A family member of Tyler Robinson contacted a family friend who contacted the Washington County Sheriff’s Office for information Robinson admitted to them or suggested that he had committed the incident.”
