- Federal prosecutors have filed a replacement indictment against Sean “Diddy” comb and added two new sex trafficking charges to its existing indictment.

Federal prosecutors have Sean “Didi” comb The indictment expands the charges, a hip-hop tycoon who recently engaged in sex trafficking last year.
The replacement indictment filed Friday accused the comb of using force, fraud or coercion forcing women to engage in commercial sexual acts from at least 2021 to 2024.
The indictment returned by the Manhattan federal grand jury also alleged that Combs was involved in the transport of the woman (identified as victim only 2) and others, including commercial sex workers, engaged in prostitution within the same time frame.
The new charges are in addition to the charges of extortion and sex trafficking against Combs when they were arrested in September. They increased his total charges from three to five.
Combs, 55, plans to be tried on May 5. He is still locked in a federal prison in Brooklyn. His representatives left a message seeking comments on the new allegations.

Friday’s replacement prosecution is the second case filed against the comb.
In the first, in January, federal prosecutors revealed that their case involved at least three women who said the comb was forced to engage in commercial sex. They also alleged that the comb showed a gun to female victims during the kidnapping, once hung a woman on the balcony of the apartment.
The COMBS’s January indictment does not include other charges, but instead revised existing charges, including an additional four years to the alleged extortion plot. Prosecutors now say it began in 2004, not in 2008 as indicated by the original indictment.

The comb denies any crime, and Not pleading guilty The first allegations, accusing him of forcing and abused women for years with the help of employees and employee networks, while silencing victims through blackmail and violence, including kidnapping, arson and physical assault.
His arraignment of the new charges has not been arranged. Prosecutors requested Friday the last pre-trial meeting on April 25.

The center of the case is a March 2016 video showing a comb hitting and kicking his then-girlfriend, R&B singer Cassieon the corridor of the Los Angeles Hotel. Prosecutors believe the attack occurred in the “freak.” Combs’ lawyers believe the video is nothing more than a “glasses of the complex but decade-long consensus relationship between the two.”
Combs’ lawyers believe the case should not be filed and are working to dismiss the allegations involved.
“The government is based primarily on allegations that Mr. Combs and his two long-term girlfriends sometimes brought a third party (male escort) into their sexual relationship,” Combs’ lawyer Alexandra Ae Shapiro wrote in a court filing in February.
“Each of the three charges in the case is based on the theory that such sexual acts are a federal crime,” Shapiro added.
