Trump removes Judge Boasberg, ‘Radical Left Judge’ stops expelling violent illegal foreigners
President Trump has taken hundreds of executive lawsuits since taking office more than two months ago. He did not steal the legislative powers of Congress under Article 1, nor did he steal the third powers under Article 3. President Trump exercises core executive powers under Article 2. With the American people and Congress on his side, radical activist judges issued ridiculous, illegal, and even dangerous injunctions to undermine the formally elected president and his team of executive departments.
Democratic activist judges taught two of the most serious, most wrongdoing and dangerous orders.

U.S. District Judge Amir Hatem Mahdy Ali, a Biden-appointed man and foreign citizen, was barely confirmed at the lass-duck meeting after the Democratic election defeat, ordering the administration to issue nearly $2 billion in checks of foreign aid to the president’s national review. This means that the President, as the Commander-in-Chief and CEO, is unable to fulfill his constitutional obligations to take care of our laws being faithfully enforced. Judge Ali doesn’t want President Trump to make sure we don’t have funds, for example, terrorists (such as Hamas) who killed Americans under the guise of foreign aid (such as Gaza).
Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts and Deputy Justice Amy Coney Barrett joined their three free colleagues and refused to stop the judicial destruction of the presidency. This will only encourage other Democratic activist judges.
However, three Saturdays ago, judicial destruction finally passed rubicon. To combat the designated foreign terrorist group Tren de Aragua, Venezuelan gangs have carried out terrorist attacks on several American cities, President Trump invoked the Alien Enemy Act, a rarely used statute that has been in the book for more than two centuries. He correctly declared that Tren de Aragua had invaded our country and committed violence with the socialist Venezuelan government. The United States has paid a price for the US to pay for its terrorist custody of Tren de Aragua and to place it in a safe prison in the country.

Unfortunately, like many recent ICE raids, the program’s news leaked to the press and crime-loving communities. Left lawyers rushed to the Washington, D.C. court in Obama-appointed federal judge James Boasberg, who passed extraordinary legal orders even though he wasn’t that weekend, he wasn’t an emergency judge. Without going through necessary procedures, including discovery, Boasberg claims to authenticate a Class I plaintiff: All non-citizens are subject to declaration. He then claimed to be banned from their deportation, telling the Justice Department attorney that if the plane is in the air, they must turn around.
The planes were indeed in the air, but they did not turn around. Instead, they landed in El Salvador. President Bucker even mocked Boasberg with the words “Oops… it’s too late” and then a laughing emoji. Boasberg’s order stipulates that the United States will immediately bring back more than 200 terrorists without taking necessary security measures to uninstall them. The order directly interferes with ongoing overseas operations that have been in production for several months and undermines the president’s ability to engage in diplomatic affairs with foreign leaders.
Boasberg’s actions are not judicial review. They are judicial destruction. He promoted ongoing military, intelligence and law enforcement operations to evacuate some of the most dangerous terrorists and international gang members from U.S. soil. This reckless exposure puts American and Allied lives at serious risk. He illegally ordered the president to reverse the terrorist-filled aircraft without any understanding of fuel levels, security needs or the required operating footprint to stop the mission and bring more than 200 stubborn criminals back to U.S. soil. The military, intelligence and law enforcement agencies in El Salvador await these terrorists, and the operation was carefully planned. Does Boasberg expect to suddenly use the same operational footprint on US soil to deal with these terrorists?

Furthermore, Boasberg’s order undermines the president’s ability to engage in diplomatic affairs with foreign leaders. If foreign leaders know that an activist U.S. judge could undermine actions, risk life and openly humiliate them, why risk a high-risk action with the president? A federal judge in Texas (where the plane takes off) may have the right to consider a habeas protection petition in El Salvador, but Boasberg certainly has no ability to uncover and undermine ongoing military operations.

The president’s response to this weird order is not a threat to the rule of law. It is the dangerous and illegal order itself. It is time to take a step back from the cliff, and a wise judge must lead forward. As commander-in-chief, the president has a constitutional obligation to land these aircraft and to separate these terrorists from the United States.
In a 2-1 split decision, DC Tour refused to retain Boasberg’s illegal acts and dangerous orders. Now, Boasberg is more cautious, and he held a show for Thursday’s performance reasons to determine whether Trump officials are going to tempt the court.

The Trump Justice Department filed an emergency petition to the Supreme Court. Chief Justice Roberts ordered a briefing and the court will rule in the coming days. The bet won’t get higher. If Roberts refuses to regain his judicial court by regaining his judiciary among these judiciary disruptors, Congress will do it for him. Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley and R-Utah Senator Mike Lee proposed bold reforms to the federal judiciary. Many others in the House and Senate will follow, including active oversight, Supreme Court ethics reform, cuts in the DC District Court’s jurisdiction, cuts in funding, and many much-needed forms. When the federal judiciary loses its legitimacy, it loses everything.
