First on Fox: After an administrator at George Washington University outlined on social media why Charlie Kirk was “fair” to assassinate, the university confirmed that he was no longer employed.
“Last Saturday, the university asked staff members to leave campus due to the impact of his social media on his specific job,” a George Washington University professor told Fox News numbers in a statement. “Staff members are no longer hired by the university.”
Anthony Pohorilak, a former assistant director of academic initiatives at George Washington University’s Mount Vernon campus, posted on Facebook: “If nothing else, it’s fair, in this country where children are slaughtered by gun violence, while those with ongoing gun ownership are damaged by gun ownership because of these children.
“No thoughts, no prayers,” Pohorilak added in his post, Report first On Fox News numbers, Kirk came on shortly after he was murdered while talking to a college student in Utah.

George Washington University said in a statement to Fox News Digital at the time that the school was “one of the most politically involved campus communities in the country” and believed that “everyone has the right to their own beliefs and no one should be subject to violence for expressing their views.”
“The individual employee has no authority to speak on behalf of GW and his views do not reflect the views of the university.”

The group added that while it supports freedom of expression, “we are also aware of the need for a truly effective political dialogue.”
“But as conservatives on university campuses, we understand students’ fears about the future of security, free speech. This administrator is indifferent to these concerns. When students worry that our political process is irresponsible, win political views.”
