The six-day operation targets “serious criminal alien criminals,” including members of MS-13 and Tren de Aragua, who work in and around Boston.
Although Boston’s status is one of several so-called “sanctuary” cities across the country, the attacks were subject to jurisdiction restricting local cooperation with federal immigration authorities.

“No one tells Boston how to take care of ourselves, not the king, not the president who considers himself king. Boston is born to face bullies,” she said.

The arrested in the operation included a Dominican immigrant who had been illegally reentered the U.S. after being charged with trafficking in fentanyl, Chilean immigrants were convicted on four counts of indecent crimes and a child under the age of 14, and Honduran immigrants were convicted of rape.
During the raid, federal authorities also seized about 44 kg of methamphetamine, five kg of fentanyl and 1.2 kg of cocaine.

Wu’s office did not immediately respond to a request for digital comment from Fox News.
