Police said Monday that a suspect had occupied a man in a Costco parking lot. The incident happened on Friday Fox 11 Los Angeles.

San Jose police have not released the suspect’s name yet.
In the video, a dark modern SUV drives into the parking space next to the white Tesla. A white-bearded man wearing an “American” leather jacket with an American eagle behind him, drove the car past and locked it on the side of Tesla.
The video gets over 600 views on X, and the video is recorded using the vehicle’s sentinel mode, a safety feature that allows the car’s camera to monitor its surroundings when parked.

The second video also shows an unidentified person discovering and accusing the suspect of causing damage Tesla. The confrontation seems to have happened after the original video spreads online.
In the video, the suspect wearing the same coat denied vandalism and said, “I didn’t do that.”

The recorder continued to ask the suspect why he committed the behavior.
“It’s just Elon’s reason?” said the man. “You are wearing an American T-shirt and driving Korean Automobile. Why do you need a key to an American car? ”
The suspect then entered his car and drove away.

San Jose Mayor Matt Mahan also responded to the incident in another article on X.
“Typing the car is because the person you don’t like designing it is like breaking the clock because you don’t like the time it shows,” Mahan said. “If this crime was politically motivated, our residents wouldn’t be responsible for what Elon Musk did for the 3,000 miles.”
