Immigration and customs law enforcement officers were identified as IR and FH only and detained Zaitsev Tuesday morning, according to a criminal lawsuit in the federal court. The purpose of the arrest warrant is not yet known.
As the officer escorted Zaitsev to a processing area, he struggled, biting Ir’s left hand pointer, breaking his skin, sucking blood and breaking his bones.
Zaitsev’s federal public defender did not immediately respond to a request for comment, nor did ICE.

Zaitsev is expected to debut in the U.S. District Court in downtown Los Angeles on Wednesday, and if convicted, he faces up to 20 years in prison.
The attacks were allegedly carried out amid a large number of President Trump’s orders and policy changes, aiming to strengthen immigration laws and promote deportation.
“Men and women who immigrate and customs enforcement are crucial to protecting national security and public safety and maintaining rules laws,” we declare us. Joseph T. McNally said in a statement. “As claimed in the felony criminal proceedings, the defendant attacked a deportation officer. He will be held responsible for his actions.”
According to the affidavit, ICE sent a letter on February 19 asking Zaitsev to conduct a case review Tuesday at the ICE office in the U.S. federal building, which officials announced themselves as Ice Agents and arrested Zaitsev, who was allegedly excited about his wife and screamed at the fanatic.
Zaitsev allegedly “losed his own weight” and the affidavit left the officers unbalanced and landed on the ground. He allegedly bites when IR and FH “try to regain control of Zaitsev”.
