The man, reportedly a French soldier, descended rapidly when the right side of his parachute was trapped on the roof. He was hanging around 50 feet of the crowd watching Toulouse criticize.
The firefighter needs a long ladder to reach the skydiver and rescue him safely. The man was not hurt when he was helped. When he reached safety, the crowd began to cheer.
Firefighters will also receive great cheers once they can pull the parachute down.

The delay lasted about 40 minutes.
“After the incident in Le Stadium de Toulouse, we would like to sincerely thank all the participation, clubs and emergency services involved in the stadium to safely return skydivers to the ground,” European Rugby President Dominic McKay said in a statement on social media.
