Secretary of State Marco Rubio said Friday South African The country no longer welcomes the U.S. ambassador, who also calls him a “race bait” politician, said the commander-in-chief hated the U.S. and the president after leading the global white supremacist movement.
On Thursday, South African Ambassador Ambrahim Rasool addressed the Mapgubwe Strategic Reflection Institute (MISTRA) in Johannesburg, while explaining Trump’s opposition to his national expropriation law and its anti-Israel position.

Trump criticized South Africa’s land acquisition law, which allows the government to seize land without compensation. In February, Trump issued an executive order that imposed penalties on South Africa.
The order states: “In a shocking disregard for its civil rights, the Republic of South Africa recently issued Volume 13 of 2024, enabling the South African government to seize agricultural property of South African minority Africa Dutch without compensation.”

“It is the U.S. policy that, as long as South Africa continues to undermine these unjust and immoral practices in our country: (a) the United States shall not provide assistance or assistance to South Africa; and (b) the United States shall promote the resettlement of Dutch refugees in South Africa to evade government use of racial discrimination, including racial discrimination property.”
The order also aims at South Africa’s position Oppose IsraelIt accused the genocide of Palestinians in the Gaza Strip in the International Court of Justice and revitalizes its relations with Iran to develop commercial, military and nuclear arrangements.

The South African government claims that white people of all backgrounds, not only Afrikaans, but still own about 70% of South African land. The government record says in the record that the Expropriation Act is only used to take the land needed from people of any color when the owner refuses to sell it (such as a new school), and even then there will be “fair, fair compensation.”
