The action star revealed in November that he had no cancer after nine years of treatment and surgery, showing his healthy physique as he fisted naked with a pair of blue and white swim trunks.

In an Instagram post posted Thursday, he shared that the couple went to Miami to attend an event supporting the charity Childhelp.

Lundgren announced in an Instagram post shared in his November Instagram post that he “finally was filled with gratitude and excitement for a bright future.”
