Priscilla Presley is against allegations that she pushes her husband Elvis Presley, lethal.

On Friday, former business partners Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko of Priscilla have revised a $50 million lawsuit against Priscilla, saying she was involved in Elvis’ death.

In an amended lawsuit filed by Fox News Digital, Kruse and Fialko accused Priscilla of being dissatisfied with her divorce settlement with Elvis.

“Although she received millions of dollars in range from Elvis, she then placed a lien in Graceland around April 29, 1977, at $494,024.49, putting pressure on Elvis less than four months before his death,” the lawsuit said.

“Priscilla has nothing to do with the assassination of Kennedy (JFK), she has not covered up the 51 area, she has not pretended to land on the moon, she has not secretly locked the big foot gun in a hut in Canada. Take off the aluminum fur hat and face-to-face reality.”

“This lawsuit involves Ms. Presley’s claims against Ms. Cruise (and her companion), who claimed Ms. Cruise was engaged in a ruthless campaign of abuse and fraud to control the financial situation Ms. Presley controlled for her own benefit. Ms. Cruise’s allegations were ridiculous. Singer said in a statement on Fox News’s digital numbers.

“Obviously, Ms. Presley’s defense is to list statements without substantial nonsense. The documents are in black and white. So far, Ms. Presley has provided zero evidence to support her mean claims and we intend to be responsible for her reckless behavior,” he told Open Air.

Kruse and Fialko claimed Priscilla was “a calculated sociopath and deception master who lived for his own personal gain and took advantage of the ‘Presley’ name”.

They also compared Priscilla to “a venomous snake willing to prey on her own family.”

$50 million lawsuit Originally filed in August, alleging fraud and breach of contract. Kruse and Fialko filed a lawsuit, and in many other charges they say Presley used them to financially exploit her name, image and similarity, hiding the fact that she sold these rights for decades.

The lawsuit also claims that Elvis, 80, took a move intended to be fulfilled in the last few hours of Lisa Marie’s life, accusing her of allegedly disengaging her daughter from her wishes.

Instead of respect Lisa Mary’s Medical Direction To “extend her life,” the lawsuit claims Priscilla saw a window to regain control of Presley Estate, especially as Lisa Marie is reportedly removing her from office, making her a trustee of a multi-million-dollar trust.

“Priscilla rushed to Priscilla and despite Lisa’s explicit instructions to ‘extend life’, Priscilla unplugged within hours of Lisa’s admission,” the lawsuit said.

At the time, Marty Singer, a high-profile attorney for Priscilla, called the lawsuit “shameful” and “despicable” and told Fox News that the allegations were “malicious character assassination.”

“Accusing a grieving mother of contributing to the death of her daughter is not a picky advocacy – it’s disgusting.”

In the amended complaint, they included alleged information between Priscilla and her granddaughter and Lisa Mary’s daughter Riley Keough. After Lisa Marie’s death, Riley inherited his mother’s property and became the essence owner of Elvis Presley Graceland’s estate.

According to the lawsuit, Riley emailed Priscilla via email on January 31, 2023 and said she stopped suing Lisa Marie for weeks before her death. The lawsuit states that Kuff intervened and prevented Lisa Marie from taking legal action against her mother.

Priscilla allegedly called Riley.

Riley allegedly said: “I also have to share with you, I found that my mother was called in a will less than 24 hours after she passed and was emailed by her mother who buried her incredibly heartbreaking lawyer.”

She continued: “But I don’t understand why there is a narrative that this massive collapse between this massive breakdown with my mother in 2016 did not happen. My mother asserted loudly and explicitly many, many, including you, who felt that you betrayed her financially and personally, and she ended up taking you away from your trust and replacing my brother with you.”

Meanwhile, Priscilla’s lawsuit against her former business partner last year paints a very different situation.

She claimed Kruse and Fialko isolated her from long-term consultants, took over her bank account and tricked her into signing more than 20 contracts in 30 minutes, including giving them majority control over their names and similarities.

A judge ruled in an earlier case: “If the plaintiff’s allegations were true… it was classic abuse of the elderly.”

But Kruse and Fialko argue that the narrative of abuse of older people is a lie, a legal weapon used by Priscilla and Morgan to silence and remove their contractual claims. They hope the court orders Presley to stop making any change outside the company it was formed and paying more than $50 million in losses.
