According to ICE, Gregorio Ortiz was first arrested by a U.S. Border Patrol agent on December 10, 2012 for illegal entry into the United States. The next day, he was expedited by processing and was sent back to Guatemala on January 10, 2023.
He illegally re-entered the U.S. on an unknown date, without inspections from immigration officials.
“Gregorio not only despises our country’s immigration laws, which is proven by his previous illegal rewards after his dismissal, but he also completely ignores it.
