A Brazilian woman Illegal in the United States Authorities said Monday that the sexual offence against a child in Massachusetts has been handed over to federal custody.
Ilma Leandro de Oliveira, 53, was arrested on March 20 by agents from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), the FBI and alcohol, tobacco, Tobaco, firearms, firearms and explosives (ATF) in Falmouth, 70 miles south of Boston.

Ilma Leandro de Oliveira was arrested by federal authorities. In addition to being illegal in the United States, she has also been charged with child sex crimes. (US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE))
“Ilma Leandro de Oliveira is charged with seven different offences regarding sexual harm from children in our Massachusetts community,” said Patricia H. Hyde, Acting Office Director of the Boston Field Office of ICE Law Enforcement and Evacuation Operations. “These are crimes that we simply wouldn’t tolerate.”
De Oliveira was arrested by the U.S. Border Patrol on September 20, 2007 and illegally entered the United States near the United States. Laredo, Texas. She was granted a notice and an order to speed up the removal and was deported on 27 December 2007.
Ice said she illegally re-entered the U.S. on an unknown date and location.
She was arraigned on March 18 for raping a child in Falmouth Court Indecent attack In children under 14, unnatural children act with the child to statutory rape and incest against children.

De Oliveira was handed over to the U.S. Marshal’s service last week and will be prosecuted to enter the U.S. illegally after being deported.
