Police in Livermore, California are investigating the incident American bicycle Sunday’s event, when organizers were believed to condemn a woman’s sports activist was asking about sexual tests.

Beth Bourne, a California activist, saw biomale athletes against women and women’s sports on the video, asking organizers if they had already conducted sexual tests on women’s competitors to prove they weren’t male. Then one organizer approached Bourne and covered her camera and said, “We have a policy. You can stop shooting me.”
Then he heard Bourne say, “Give me my phone number!”
Then, the video shows Bourne stepping out of that organizer in panic, and the other organizer looks up and shouts, “Hey! Let f-take f-here here!”
Bourne told Fox News Digital that the incident was “emotional.”
“It was really unexpected. I had an idea that we might call us by our name, or call us, or terfs we used to have, and maybe even grab the signs of us. But to get someone out of behind me, I didn’t even show up on the signature, I haven’t even asked two or three questions, I was shocked, I was scared, I was scared, I was scared.
“I’m actually scared, I’m scared that this person might really hurt me.”
Other footage of the incident showed the same organizer who later yelled over Bourne’s face and placed the pizza box in front of her face, obscuring the view of Bourne’s camera, then picked up signs of her protest and threw it into the garbage.
Byrne claims the organizers told her: “Your God will not protect you.”
