Katherine Shurik, an adjunct professor at Fresno State University, posted on Instagram on January 11, 2025.
She included hashtags in her Instagram post, “ #felontrump #traitortrump #rapisttrump #rapisttrump #dietrump #trumpdead”.
Shurik’s video posted on Oreo Express on Saturday, on X, where she said she will provide additional honors to students participating in the protest Elon Musk and Tesla.
Saturday is “Tesla Takedown’s Global Action Day,“ This includes more than 200 protests nationwide. The website’s efforts instruct people to “sell your Teslas, throw your stock, and join the pickets.
Tesla’s founder and CEO Musk has aroused anger among Americans across the country for reviewing federal government plans and departments to improve efficiency and eliminate redundancy.
Since January, protesters have destroyed several Tesla dealerships as well as Tesla’s vehicles.

“I’m Katherine Shurik, I’m actually working on making the Nation Chapter Chapter in Fresno, I’m an anthropologist and professor at the university,” Shurik said in an X video released by Oreo Express.
She added: “I teach an activist anthropology course. I’m trying to get my students involved. They’ll get additional honors for attending the protest next week.”

Shurik added text to the article, “and put Musk and other Nazi (Republican) members with you!”
Another article shared by Shurik on Instagram said: “It is obvious that a lie-like rapist wants to eliminate the constitution’s vow to comply with the Constitution.”

In a statement Fox News NumbersFresno State said: “While Fresno State firmly believes in the principle of freedom of speech, we strongly condemn one of our part-time coaches’ abhorrent social media posts and comments.”
The university added: “Since these views are private citizens who are spoken by employees, they do not represent our university. The Fresno State strongly condemns the desire to die against any elected official, especially the president of the United States – these belong to our core educational values and are inconsistent with our principles of community, our principles of Americans and education. We have sent obligations to our democratic dialogue, not democratic words.
