U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi A harsh warning was issued to those engaged in government fraud at Monday’s latest cabinet meeting.
Talk to the President Donald Trump At the meeting, Bondy thanked Tesla CEO Elon Musk for revealing “fraud, waste and abuse” through the Ministry of Government Efficiency (DOGE) initiative.
“A lot of waste and abuse, but a lot of fraud,” Bondy began. “And, Elon, thank you for your partnership. Thank you for your team. You’ve found a lot of fraud in our administration.”
Bondy later revealed that the internal task force involved bringing those accused of fraud to justice.

“We will sue you,” the Attorney General warned. “We now have an internal task force working with every agency sitting at this table. If you commit a fraud, we will follow you.” Thank you, Elon. ”
Bundy also mentioned that the Department of Justice (DOJ) will begin seeking death penalty for people convicted of violent crimes, according to Trump’s instructions.
“All these horrible violent criminals you hear around the country, they will face the death penalty in our country’s federal government,” Bondy said. “And drug dealers need to leave here because we are following you. We will have 94 U.S. lawyers all over the country, and each person will be prosecuted to the maximum extent of the law.”
The topic of government fraud was mentioned throughout the meeting, with Musk claiming that he found $330 million worth of waste in the Small Business Administration (SBA).

“[We found] Small Business Administration fraud and waste cases, which distributed $330 million in loans to people under the age of 11. ” [sic] The old man received a $100,000 loan. ”
He joked, “This is a very precocious kid we’re talking about here.”
Trump thanked Musk and the rest of the cabinet to reveal waste and fraud.

“We have many fraud contracts that have been captured by the work that Elon and his people do,” the president said. “Working with our people has been revealed. Fraud, not only is waste and abuse, fraud is incredible.”
