Illinois Government JB Pritzker Blitz commander Gregory Bovino, accused of targeting minorities midway through the operation, said federal authorities had “taken violent action against the people” and detained those “who had brown skin or spoke in an accent.”

Bovino fired backward, forcibly denying Wednesday’s claims to “Fox & Friends.”

“When you see crazy remarks like the governor or other elected representatives we’ve seen, everything leads to violence against our law enforcement officers and agents,” Bovino said on Fox and Friends.

“We tell our agents that our actions are legal, moral and moral, but we are pursuing the identities of illegal foreigners who commit crimes with revenge.”
