Over twenty years, “NYPD Blue” star Kim Delaney Her personal and public struggles are quite apart. From multiple runs with the law to several runs in recovery, the 63-year-old actress’ latest arrest has left her long-standing battle with alcoholism.

In 2002, the actress was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving Los Angeles Times. She did not defend the game, was sentenced to two years of probation, fined and ordered to take a defensive driving class.

Delaney, who appeared on some shows including “OC”, “The Army Wife”, “All My Kids” and “The Chicago Fire”, had her latest run-in with the law on Saturday.
Saturday, from Marina del ReyCalifornia, the station responded to the family riots at the Delaney family around 9:45 a.m. Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department (LASD).
After the investigation, Delaney was arrested for attacking with a deadly weapon and her partner, James Morgan, was arrested for assault.

Delaney was booked at the Marina del Rey Sheriff’s Station at 10:15 a.m. and was charged with assault, which could cause serious personal injury.

LASD was released by LASD on Tuesday, since its arrest, according to Fox News Digital records.
Delaney was originally scheduled to appear in court, but was released because prosecutors found insufficient complaints against the TV star.
Delaney’s representative did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital’s request for comment at the time.
Los Angeles District Attorney Nathan Hochman told Fox News digits that “based on a review of the evidence to date, the District Attorney’s Office has not filed charges against Kim Delaney or James Morgan. During the investigation, other evidence or witnesses should appear and the decision may be reconsidered.”
