Nicky Katt, “Discovered and confused,” “Boston Public” and “Boiler Room” have died. He is 54 years old.
John Sloss, the lawyer for Katt, founder and partner of Sloss Law, confirmed that the actor died at Fox News Digital, but did not provide any other details.
Born in South Dakota on May 11, 1970, Katt began his career since childhood and made his debut in 1980’s Fantasy Island.

Throughout the 1980s, Katt appeared on numerous TV shows, including “Barrier”, “Father Murphy”, “Code Red”, “Herby, Love Bug”, “Voyagers!”, “Quincy, me, me, me”, “V,” “Get Gang Gang,” “Get Get Gang,” “Facts,” “Facts of Life,” “Dear John,” and “Uncle Buck.”

In the film, Katt plays the high school bully Clint Bruno, who quarrels with Adam Goldberg’s character Mike Newhouse at the Kite Party.
Linklater and Katt collaborated again in the 1996 “Suburban”, 2001 “Waking Life” and 2003 “Rock School”.
Katt plays a killer in Steven Soderbergh’s 1999 crime film The Limey. Katt portrayed an unnamed actor Adolf Hitler in the 2001 comedy “Full Frontal” who once again worked with Soderbergh. The film’s ensemble cast includes Catherine Keener, Brad Pitt and Julia Roberts.

Katt and Soderbergh reunited again in 2013 to film the director’s biographical TV movie “Candlehold”.
In another of Katt’s most famous roles, he played stockbroker Greg Weinstein as well as Affleck, Vin Diesel and Giovanni Ribisi in the 2000s “Boiler Room”.

In 2002, Katt starred in Christopher Nolan’s 2002 psychological thriller “Insomnia”, and later played a SWAT team member in the director’s 2008 superhero film. “Dark Knight.”
