NFL Players and coaches aren’t the only ones who have left it all on the court on Sunday.
“NFL Red Zone” Host Scott Hanson goes all out for seven to eight hours on the beloved show. The 54-year-old owner did not eat, drink or drink any restrooms throughout the afternoon.
In a recent interview with Fox News Digital, the long-time host conducted an internal study of his GameDay preparations.

“NFL Redzone” was shot from a studio Los Angeles, Therefore, his kick-off time is 10:00 am PT. But his days began for a few hours.
Hansen told Fox News Digital that my Sunday started when the alarm went off and it rang. Believe it or not, I don’t even need an alarm. I would love to get up on the NFL Sunday and my body would even buzz with the alarm clock. ” “I’ll take a shower. I don’t drink coffee. People are very shocked by this because I guess everything I show off. Not a coffee drinker. I went to the studio and I was in the studio about five hours ago. ”
Hanson’s breakfast in the studio was the same weekly to help him keep the water throughout the show.
“The chefs on the internet have made me the same thick protein, salty breakfast so I can keep the water so I don’t have to use the facilities.”
Hansen cut off all food and liquid about three and a half hours before screening time.

About two hours before the opening ceremony kicks off, Hanson attended a production meeting for final preparations.
“We had a production meeting about two hours before the screening time. I introduced all my notes with the entire crew. So we were all on the same page, with storylines, facts, numbers, numbers, milestones, milestones, so we knew, hey, hey, we hope this would happen in this game or else this might happen in this game. Make sure we can all cover this up.
An hour before the show begins, he will put on a suit and finish his makeup, and then rehearse the beginning of the show.
“We believe it or not, we did some rehearsals. It was certainly a wide show,” Hanson said. “But we did a rehearsal. The first two minutes of the show were the only part of the scripting script. I usually write it out.”
“What I want to say is to attract audiences, inspire energy and passion and welcome the entire football world into the new “NFL Redzone” episode. We will be rehearsing around 9:30 a.m.”
Hanson’s last break was up and the clock was lowered to Showtime.

“I used the facility for the last time in the men’s room when most of you were watching the countdown clock on the NFL Redzone because we didn’t stop and I didn’t have more than a decade of resting, I wasn’t going to do it,” Hanson said.
“So you guys watch the clock ticking. I’m going to end. I’m back in the studio at 10 p.m. in the Pacific at 10 a.m. in the East. We started the laser show and then started the 40, 50, 50, 60 touchdowns in one afternoon of rock.”
Hanson recently teamed up with Lowe’s for its “Win Your Sunday” event.

Lowe’s is encouraging fans to bring their dedication and preparation to the team to their homes with “Earn Your Sunday.” Hansen said Lowe’s has everything you need to complete a family program in a week so that fans can enjoy their football Sunday.
“Lowe’s has presented a great campaign this year called ‘Earn Your Sunday’. The concept is, all of us need to do projects in the house, in the yard, right?

“I think this sport this year will really resonate with fans because none of us want to sit on the couch all day and feel introverted. We want to know, ‘Ah, the project is finished.’ You go to Lowe’s and you get what you need to complete the project in the house.”
Philadelphia Eagles Saquon Barkley, who ran back to the Minnesota Vikings, San Francisco 49ers catcher Justin Jefferson, who ran back to Christian McCaffrey and Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott, are NFL stars who support Lowe’s campaign.
“This season will be fun,” Hansen said.
