“With future fiscal choices, Governor Newsom, together with Pro McGuire and Speaker Rivas, will assess proposals to curb long-term spending, including at Medi-Cal, while protecting Californians on core health and social services,” Newsom spokesman Izzy Gardon said in a statement Tuesday, in a statement to Fox News Digital on Tuesday.

The public deserves answer: Why is the cost higher than Newsom promised? What is Newsom’s plan to solve the financial disaster he caused?”
