Netflix launched a scenario-coverage feature for mobile devices last year called “time,“This allows users to quickly save their favorite scenes in the Netflix app. The streaming giant launched an update on Wednesday, allowing users to specify a starting point and end point when saving scenes.
People now have the option to adjust the ending of the scene so that they can create the longest or as short as possible clips. Previously, users could only set a starting point when saving the scene.
To use the feature, start watching a show or movie, then click anywhere on the screen, and click the “Clip” button. Once saved, the clip will be re-watched in the My Netflix tab for later use. You can also share on social media where your followers can click on the post to bring it to specific scenes in the Netflix app.
This update is released with the second part of “Wednesday” Season 2. The launch moment update in the popular series, which will feature Lady Gaga as a guest star, may spark the show’s excitement and encourage fans to share scenes on social media.
According to the company, members have used moments in thousands of titles.
