In the United States, 44 states allow changes in birth certificates to change a person’s birth gender. The only states that are not allowed to do so are Florida, Texas, Kansas, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Montana. Meanwhile, 14 states allow changes to birth certificate sexual behavior without any medical documents, including California, New York, Massachusetts and Michigan.
Gaines, the host of Outkick “Gaynes of the Girl” The podcast and former Kentucky swimmer told Fox News numbers in an interview Wednesday that the new NCAA policy “is clearly conflicting” with Trump’s executive order.
“First and most importantly, the policy removes all liability from the NCAA, and of course, that’s what they’ve been thinking about for a long time,” Gaines said. “It provides loopholes for states and schools, Because it does not define sexual behavior, what we are seeing now is a question. What happens when we don’t do this.

“So it can’t define gender, nor can it define male or female, but it does define gender identity. It defines gender identity as men and women. So of course, you can see that it’s a question. How they see and distribute it Gender qualifications are based on your birth certificate, which is of course a piece of paper we see now that can be completely forged and fraudulent.”
“This policy explicitly allows men and women in a team of men and women. No matter how you read it, men are still allowed to get women’s benefits, which include access to the locker room. No screening. No negligence. This is just a few reasons why this NCAA policy is definitely problematic. .”
NCAA’s new policy for student-athletes “assigned to males at birth,” said their participation in the women’s group that athletes may not compete on women’s teams, but they “may practice teams that are consistent with their gender identity and get Applicable to all other benefits, for student-athletes who otherwise qualify for practice.”

“This policy clearly shows that there is no immunity and athletes who designate males at birth may not compete on a team of women with revised birth certificates or other forms of identity cards,” the spokesperson said.
Regarding trans athletes who practice in women’s teams, the NCAA believes that male practitioners are the “staple food” of women’s sports.
“For decades, male practice players have been a staple in college sports, especially in women’s basketball, and the association will continue to consider this in policy,” the spokesperson said.
Gaines told Fox News Numbers that the policy “talks to oneself.”
“This policy is simply not clear. Again, it removes responsibility from the NCAA,” she said. “So, of course, they’ll say, ‘Look, responsibility is not on us. We’ve done what we need to do.’ Most importantly, given that they once had testosterone thresholds, they have opened up women, almost bigger than previous policies. They even removed this.
“These schools can and will – mark my words, interpreting them as meaning what they want. I don’t know why so many people are so naive that they believe that the NCAA is essentially a spine that grows overnight, decided to do it All things they protect the power of athletes – women or men, because as the NCAA abuser, I can tell you that they are not. Unfortunately, there is no change.”
Kim Jones is a former college tennis star and co-founder of the Independent Commission for Women’s Sports, Say on “Fox and Friends” She will beg Trump to bring the NCAA back to the table, tear down the new policy and start over.
