Shaqir will leave Florida A&M and enter the NCAA transfer portal, ON3 Report.
In the 2024-25 season, the junior forward averaged 6.7 points and 3.4 rebounds per game.

If he does transfer, O’Neal will complete his career in Tallahassee, starting 17 of his 29 games.

O’Neal played 41 games with the Tigers, starting with two games. According to his resume, he is listed as a three-star high school recruit Florida A&M’s track and field website.
Basketball is deep in O’Neal’s family.
