Naqwan Antonio Lucas, 18 years old

It is unclear whether Naqwan Lucas and the prison guard Lucas are related. Officials have not confirmed whether Naqwan Lucas has a criminal record.

MPD provides a standard $25,000 reward for information resulting in DC homicide crimes. In this case, the FBI’s Washington Field Office added $15,000, American Marshal Service $10,000, increasing the total reward of Naqwan Lucas to $50,000.
