“Symptoms may include hysteria caused by Trump, which makes it impossible to distinguish between legitimate policy differences and signs of psychopathology in President Donald J. Trump’s actions.”
The bill is unlikely to be approved as the state legislature splits.
Mental illness is defined as a disease or other problem contained in the diagnostic code list. “Trump Danger Syndrome” is not considered Mental illness Anywhere.
