Michael Jordan among star-studded group expected to attend Bill Belichick’s first UNC game: report

Belichick has appointed Redshirt sophomore Gio Lopez as the team’s starting quarterback. Lopez has spent this offseason UNC in the past two years South Alabama.

In 11 games last season, Lopez completed 66% of the passes with 2559 yards, 18 touchdowns and 5 interceptions. He also ran 463 yards and carried 83 times.

Last season, TCU has gone 9-4 defeated Louisiana 34-3 in the New Mexico bowl. Horned Frog coach Sonny Dykes will seek to keep TCU’s momentum against North Carolina.
