After being arrested, Agba told deputies that she remembered a wall with a rainbow and thought it would help soothe the child.

She said she remembered the mother who came to take care of the child, but “don’t remember what happened after that.” She added that she “just did it because God told her to do it.”

The report says the AGBA is not affected by drugs or alcohol when arrested.
