Exclusive: one California Republicans Lawmakers are pushing for a statewide policy that allows biological men to engage in women’s sports, and the Daily Telegraph’s Matt Walsh plans to testify at a hearing on Tuesday by elected officials.
California Congressman Bill Essayli introduced AB 844, which calls on students to participate in sports programs and activities, use of facilities including bathrooms, locker rooms, showers and hotel accommodations to base their biological gender on their biological gender.
In California, one is called AB 1266 Effective since 2014, students at the academic and university level are “involved in school curriculum and activities in gender-separated, including sports teams and competitions, and use facilities consistent with his or her gender identity, regardless of the gender listed on the student record.”

“I believe Democrats will double down and reject this bill tomorrow,” Essayli fought everything from illegal immigration to a gentle criminal policy. “They want to stand out from it so they can be the heroes of their base of progress.”
The bill will be held on Tuesday with the Arts, Entertainment, Sports and Tourism Commission. Walsh is a conservative activist who criticizes the inclusion of biological males Women’s Sportswill testify to support legislation.

Walsh is a conservative activist who opposes sexual changes in children’s sexual intercourse and allows men to participate in women’s sports.
“Girls don’t have to compete with boys in the locker room or change next to the locker room, which isn’t complicated,” Walsh told Fox News Digital. “Even Gavin Newsom, after smelling the political wind, now admits that it’s unfair – let’s see if the California Democrat can stop pretending and follow his sudden rediscovery of the basic truth.”
Section 4910(k) of California Regulations defines gender as: “A person’s actual gender or perceived gender, including whether a person’s perceived identity, appearance or behavior, whether such identity, appearance or behavior is different from that identity, appearance or behavior traditionally associated with a person’s gender at birth.”
The California Interschool Federation (CIF) Charter 300.D. reflects education regulations, saying: “All students should have the opportunity to participate in CIF events in a manner consistent with gender identity, regardless of the gender listed in the student record.”
California Gov. Gavin NewsomDemocrats oppose allowing biological males to compete with women, which has aroused opposition from many progressives.
“Gavin Newsom got this problem on this,” Eassayli said. “He got the wake-up call. He now found a new narrative and he agreed with us that it would be unfair to have boys join their team with boys.”
