Investigators described the suspect as a black man, believed to have been in the late 30s to early 50s, although it is now possible in the 50s to 70s.
The suspect reportedly used the names of Jerry, Jimmy, George and James, with a wealthy building with a famous bite and short cut hairstyle.

Investigators say the suspect can use multiple vehicles, including a 1996 green Ford pickup truck, a red station wagon, a red small passenger car such as the Ford Pinto, Escort or Toyota, with a partially Maryland-based label FG-549, 594 or 546, and a luxury passenger car.
The Charles County Sheriff’s Office said in an April 25, 2003 article from Maryland Independents that a 39-year-old woman accepted a man after midnight on April 14, a man driving a turquoise late model Buick Skylark.
After the man followed the woman, he drove to Brians Road, Charles County, where he was Allegedly raped her In the vehicle, she was later sent to the parking lot of the nearby townhouse development.
Law enforcement officials said there were similarities between April 14 and 10 other crimes since September 1996.

“We feel very confident that these cases are the same person,” then took charge. Joseph Montminy of the Charles County Sheriff’s Office said at the time. “We think there may be other cases that have not been reported.”
The investigation found that in each case, the victim was an African-American woman between the ages of 18 and 45.
The victim told investigators that the suspects either ordered the women to enter his car with guns or lured them into the vehicle by offering them a ride.

The publication reported that sometimes the suspects allegedly locked the women in his car and drove them to Charles County. Two of the women reportedly received rides and fell asleep, only waking up in Charles County.
Another victim reportedly told investigators that she was locked until she grabbed the steering wheel and drove the vehicle into the ditch.
Physical evidence has been collected at the time of this article in 2003, and investigators hope to connect the suspect to the attack.
