Fox Nation to launch Part 2 of its popular documentary series “Martin Scorsese Gift: Saints” starts from Friday, April 4th until Easter season.

Hosted by Martin Scorsese, a renowned Oscar filmmaker, narrated and executed, an exclusive documentary from Lionsgate alternative TV, explores outstanding stories of men and women that risk everything embodies the most noble and complex qualities of humanity – Faith – Faith.

The second part of the popular Docudrama series returns with the first episode, Now Specializes in streaming on Fox National,,,,, Centered on Assisi’s Francis. This episode details his journey from the horror he faced in the war to his later dedication to Jesus Christ.

In the early 13th century, Francis of Assisi was captured and served as a prisoner of war during the war between Assisi and Perugia.

“The Saints” originally premiered in November 2024, The Saints has released an episode throughout the Christian season, centering around the lives of other famous figures such as Joan of Arc, John Baptist, Sebastian and Maximilian Kolbe.

This Lent season, the focus of the series shifts to three other historical figures, including the aforementioned Francis of Assisi, the Black Moses and Mary Magdalene. According to the formal program description, these topics remain focused on these “extraordinary characters” and their brave “good, selfless and sacrifice” behavior.

Scorsese himself explored religious themes throughout his career, including the 1988 film The Last Temptation of Christ.
