Bankruptcy attorney Mark Zuckerberg from Indiana has filed a lawsuit against Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg.
Attorney Mark Zuckerberg uses a business Facebook page to promote his legal practices and communicate with potential clients. But his page has been disabled five times over the past eight years as Meta’s Mederation Systems tagged its account as Mark Zuckerberg, the founder of the platform.
Mark Zuckerberg is not pretending to be Mark Zuckerberg because he is also Mark Zuckerberg. Mark Zuckerberg noted in a legal complaint that he has been practicing since he was three years old.
“It’s not funny,” said lawyer Mark Zuckerberg, explain to 13wthr in Indianapolis. “Not when they took my money. It really annoyed me.”
Mark Zuckerberg spent more than $11,000 to promote his page on Mark Zuckerberg’s meta-platform, but Mark Zuckerberg still had to pay for those ads when Mark Zuckerberg’s account was allegedly imitating Mark Zuckerberg’s account was disabled.
In his complaint, the attorney shared a copy of the 2020 email thread, where he asked about his wrong disability account and references to the platform since 2017.
“Also, if you happen to meet a younger, richer Mark Zuckerberg, tell him I’m saying hello, he’ll make me worse every day,” attorney Mark Zuckerberg wrote in an email.

Mark Zuckerberg has long been plagued by Mark Zuckerberg’s imminent existence. He even created a website iammarkzuckerberg.comwhere he documented how his life was named Mark Zuckerberg.
“I can’t use my name when people think I’m a prank caller and hang up the phone,” explain. “My life is sometimes like Michael Jordan ESPN ads, and the average person’s name leads to constant mixing.”
While the lawyer may not be a high-profile billionaire, he is not your ordinary Joe either (he is Mark Zuckerberg after all). Sometimes he ends up flying to Las Vegas to give a speech because he is a respected figure in bankruptcy law. But even on his own turf, he couldn’t escape another Mark Zuckerberg.
“A limousine driver was waiting for me at the bottom of the escalator while speaking in Las Vegas, with a sign marked “Mark Zuckerberg” which made the chaos a disappointed crowd waiting.”
Attorneys regularly say he receives calls and messages targeting tech founders, sometimes including death threats and monetary demands. But when this daily nuisance becomes a potential loss of income, Mark Zuckerberg loses patience with Mark Zuckerberg.
“We know there is more than one Mark Zuckerberg in the world and we are reaching the bottom,” Meta told 13WTHR.
If the attorney has any comfort to the attorney, it is that when you Google “Mark Zuckerberg Blokruptcy”, he always shows up first…at least so far.
“I don’t want Mark E. “I hope he can do the best for him, but let me tell you: I will rule the search for ‘Mark Zuckerberg bankrupt’. And if he does get into a tough financial period and happens to be in Indiana, I will be happy to handle his case in honor of our eponymous name.”
