A man admits to trying to kill Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh is using female names and pronouns in 2022, according to court documents filed Friday.
Nicholas Roske will be sentenced next month, using the names Sophie Roske and “Ladies.” This is the first title in three years in the case filed by the court.
The court application is a daily request for Rosk’s sentencing, and the sentence was decided on October 3.
“This balance of complaint and lawyer’s on-field arguments will call her Sophie and use female pronouns, out of respect for Rosk.”

It is not clear whether Rosk is receiving any treatment to become a transgender person. Fox News Digital contacted the defendant’s defense team for comment.

Roske arrived Kavanaugh’s house June 8, 2022, with pistols, ammunition, knives, crowbars and tactical equipment. Roske finally called 9-1-1 and turned around after receiving a call from his sister and observing our marshal in front of the Justice House.
The incident came two weeks before the Supreme Court revoked its landmark ruling, which overturned Roev. Wade, an expected ruling that has drawn protesters to the Supreme Court building and the conservative justices’ houses for weeks.

“Despite the defendant’s mental health problems, these problems did not undermine the seriousness of the defendant’s crime: the defendant studied and targeted multiple members of the judiciary and aimed at changing the composition of the Supreme Court for ideological reasons,” the prosecutor wrote.
The revelation of the gender tag switch is because the Justice Department discusses concerns with trans people who own guns, and because the conservative activist Charlie Kirk, the so-called Assassin Tyler Robinson, was found to have a romantic relationship with trans people. While the investigation remains open and authorities are still developing their understanding of motivation, authorities say Robinson feels Kirk spreading hatred, which prompted him to commit the killing.

A prison bureau spokesman said in a statement to Fox News that details of any gender-related treatments that Rosk could have received could not be confirmed.
“For privacy, security and security reasons, the Bureau of Prisons (BOP) has not commented on the confinement conditions of any incarcerated persons, including health information status or treatment,” the spokesperson said.
