Convicted criminal, sentenced to prison by former president Joe Biden Back to the cell.
Willie Frank Peterson, 52, was sentenced to six years and three months in prison for conspiracy to distribute cocaine in 2023. His verdict began on September 13, 2023, according to court records obtained by Fox News Digital.
Biden sentenced Peterson to 20 months in prison, allowing him to leave custody soon after, under a leniency executive grant on January 17.
But Peterson was booked on Monday for Dodan’s multiple drug-related crimes Alabama. The Dotan Police Department accused Peterson of two counts of illegal possession of controlled substances and one count of possession of marijuana.

Peterson was also arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and three gun-related offenses, according to police records.
During the final days of his presidency, Biden showed lenient tolerance for the number of his criminal offenders. He boasted that he wanted to finish “The greatest day leniency award” On December 12, when he commuted to 1,500 people on a sentence, he pardoned 39 people.

On January 17, he commuted to sentences of nearly 2,500 prisoners, mainly prisoners convicted of nonviolent drug crimes.
“Today’s leniency action provides relief for individuals who are subject to long-term sentences based on cracks and cocaine powders and outdated sentencing enhancements For drug crimes,” Biden said at the time.
“Through this action, I now publish more pardons and commutes than any president in U.S. history.”
