Olympic Gold Physician Alpine Skiers returned to the podium over the weekend and ranked second in Sunday’s World Cup Super G competition. The result was six years after she first retired from the sport, and 11 months after the knee replacement part.

“It’s hard,” Vaughan said. “It’s not easy. It’s great to say I did it. I can still do it.”
After the match, Vonn was emotional and Swiss rival Lara Gut-Behrami won the match.
“Age is just a number,” Vaughan said. “If you feel good and you are still mentally driven and you work hard, you can achieve any idea.”
She added that skeptics and opponents also fueled her.

“Sometimes, negative sounds make me more than positive sounds,” Vaughan said. “I use all of this as fuel. It pushed me during the tough times of this year. I knew I could do it.”
“When I crossed the finish line, I knew where I could be and had to silence so many negative voices, which made me feel very relieved throughout the season. It was just a good surprise.”
On Friday, von Vaughan talked about her goals 2026 Olympic Games Cortina in Italy.
“These Olympics, that’s what I really want to do,” she told the Associated Press. “The Cortina is one of my favorite places, so that’s the carrots hanging in front of me.
“Once it disappears, I can go back and ski some powder, play tennis and live the life I have lived in for the past six years.”

Vaughn won his last medal at the 2018 Pyeongchang Olympics in South Korea. She has 82 World Cup titles and three Olympic medals in her career, and she has won two bronze medals for one gold medal.

Feng said on Sunday he plans to take a few weeks off before heading to Europe for more tests.
