But there is a four-word phrase that resonates so deeply with the film and Steinberg fans that they are undefeated and demand that he deliver it himself.
“Whenever I walk past the airport, or go out for supper, even after 26 years, someone runs to the table or runs to me at the airport, shouting four words – ‘Show me the money!’.”

Steinberg told Fox News that Tom Cruise portrayed him in the 1996 film Jerry Maguire, who did “excellent” work.
“I think he did a great job,” Steinberg said of Cruise’s portrayal. “Cameron Crowe is a talented director.”
During the filming, Steinberg told Fox News Numbers that he brought Gooding to the Super Bowl XXX in Phoenix, “Let him pretend he was my extensive takeover for the whole week.”
“He has to pretend I’m his agent,” Steinberg said.
Today, Stanberg, 76, continues to represent athletes, including the Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes. Additionally, Steinberg dedicated himself to the Leigh Steinberg Foundation, which aims to educate and increase information on the risk of sports concussions, and to fund the prevention and treatment of concussions and heal the brain of concussions.
