Orem, Utah – A legal analyst calls for alleged assassination of the founder and conservative leader of the United States after allegedly being detained on Friday Charlie Kirk.
“So Tyler Robinson communicates with someone before meeting with an assassin! [sic] Charlie Kirk,” said Phil Holloway on X. conspiracy …More arrests are needed. ”
Robinson was arrested Thursday night in the town of St. George, Utah.

In a press conference Friday morning, Utah Gov. Spencer Cox said Robinson allegedly discussed details of the crime with his roommate on the Discord app and sent messages about storing and retrieving the rifle from the “descending point.”
Holloway told Fox News that if a person comes into contact with Robinson and knows he intends to commit a crime, that person may be held responsible for the crime.

But Holloway said authorities should also investigate how Robinson obtained the weapon, which could also lead to allegations against others.

“So, suppose he got the gun, the person who sold it to him or gave it to him is not aware. There may be no conspiracy charges, but it may involve gun charges,” he said.
Holloway noted that Robinson might also have others buy guns for him, a practice called “straw purchase.”
“If I went to a gun store and bought a gun, I would fill out the paperwork in my name and turn around and hand it over to you, it’s illegal because that’s called straw. You can’t use scarecrows to buy guns. It’s a very common federal gun crime.
Cox said in the briefing that Robinson’s family was involved in his surrender.

“A family member of Tyler Robinson contacted a family friend who contacted the Washington County Sheriff’s Office for information Robinson admitted to them or suggested that he had committed the incident,” he said.
The 22-year-old Robinson allegedly climbed to the roof of Lose Center on campus Utah Valley University On Wednesday at noon and shot Kirk from about 200 yards away once, killing him. Kirk was hosting the first match of the “America Comeback” tour at the time, and was raising questions from attendees when the alleged assassin’s bullet hit and killed him.
According to the Utah Council of Higher Education, he briefly attended the University of Utah for one semester in 2021, but completed an electrical apprenticeship program in his third year at Dixie Technical College. He received the highest scholarship in Utah, the Resident Presidential Scholarship.
Family members told investigator Robinson “has become more politicized in recent years.”

“Family members mentioned a recent incident where Robinson attended dinner before September 10,” Cox said. “In the conversation, Robinson mentioned that Charlie Kirk came to UVU. They talked about why they didn’t like him and his views.”
Investigators also spoke with Robinson’s roommate.

“Investigators interviewed that roommate, who said his roommate was referring to Robinson, making a joke,” Cox explained. “These messages include…the need to retrieve the rifle from the drop point…the message related to visually viewing the area left by the rifle…the carving bullets…and a message referring to wrapping the rifle in a towel.”
