Army veterans also said he did not “rule anything” when asked about Mexico’s potential strike in the fentanyl lab.
“Everything is on the table. The Commander-in-Chief, ultimately, in my consultation with the Chairman and others, will make these decisions, but there is no problem. Our sovereignty will be defended.”

“The message is clear: If you break the law, if you are a criminal, you can find your way in Guantánamo Bay. You don’t want to be in Guantánamo Bay, where we have placed al-Qaeda after 9/11. They are professionals. They do the work. They do their jobs. It’s not an easy time. It’s not a top racing prison.”
