White House Economic Commission Director Kevin Hassett doubled the tariffs on President Donald Trump on Sunday, saying dozens of countries are seeking open talks and that U.S. manufacturing is booming.

Stephanopoulos then urged Hassett to explain why Russia is not the target There are any other tariffs.
