But a source familiar with the interview shared with Fox News Digital that Jean-Pierre told investigators that when she worked for Biden from 2009 to 2025, “she didn’t see President Biden’s ability change.”
“She does admit that President Biden was not his spokesperson when he met him,” the source noted. “She didn’t know why his speech changed and never asked him.”

Sources said during the debate, Jean-Pierre said, “President Biden caught a cold.”
Shortly after the debate, she told reporters at a press conference in early July that Biden was “as keen as always.”

“I don’t think anyone would argue that these auto-start processes are ideal,” Comer said. “And what we saw in the emails that surfaced last week – even the Merrick Garland Department of Justice was very concerned about how the administration uses auto-start.”
“When the Justice Department people send emails to people, they are the ones who automatically initiate the decision,” he continued. “And asked this question through the Justice Department email, ‘Did the president even know who they just pardoned?’ I mean, it’s very worrying.”
Fox News Digital contacted Jean-Pierre’s attorney and Biden’s office, but did not receive an immediate response.
