Kansas singer Ronnie Platt reveals he has Diagnosed with cancer With the rock band cancelled multiple shows.
Platt, 64, seemed to be uplifted after his diagnosis as he shared his health on Facebook.
“For all of you, I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer on Tuesday, but it had a 99% survival rate and no transmission before everyone was excited,” he said. Pratt wrote February 15. “It’s included in my thyroid. I just need to remove the thyroid. After some recovery time, then I’m back to the saddle.”

Thyroid cancer According to Mayo Clinic, it can start with no symptoms. Ultimately, cancer can cause “swelling of the neck, changing sounds and difficulty swallowing.” There are several types of thyroid cancer.

The band also shared an article about Platt’s cancer diagnosis on social media, writing: “It’s just a bumpy road.”

Before the diagnosis was announced, Kansas launched two shows scheduled for February 14 and February 15 in Oklahoma to November.
The Rock Band also canceled the upcoming show scheduled for March 1, Louisiana.
“The band apologizes for the inconvenience you have caused and hopes to be back on the road soon,” Kansas wrote on Instagram.

Kansas founded Fifty years ago, Topeka was a “garage band”. The Rock Band released its first album, Kansas, in 1974.
According to the band’s website, Kansas was painted on billboards from the 1970s and 1980s for 200 weeks.
To this day, “Carrying Willful Son” and “Dust in the Wind” have been popular songs.
