Since he took office in January, the court has attacked him with about 15 extensive orders, more than former Presidents George W. Bush, Barack Obama and Joe Biden have received throughout his term.

When Fox News Digital asked if there were any ideas about the ban’s policy, or if he believed Congress needed to take action, Thune’s office did not comment.
He noted to reporters earlier this week that Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grasley (R-Iowa) was working on the issue. “At the end of the day, there is a process, and there is an appeal process. And, I doubt how this will end up,” Thune said.

Hawley believes that even if the 60-vote threshold for legislative litigation is not overcome, it should be brought to the floor. “If their views change, I would love to hear an explanation for why they changed suddenly,” he said of the Democratic senators.
Hawley said he believes Trump will support his bill given the president’s past public comments calling for an end to the national ban.

Hawley slammed the judges for stacking orders by orders and explained: “They are just free judges, they fantasize about themselves, and are part of the resistance, and they are willing to do everything they can to stop Trump.”
