Aniston has been open to her diet and exercise regimen and is now opening up beauty habits about anything else outside the 56-year-old actress.

She told charm Magazine. “Call it is youth if you want.”

She added: “But I think it all starts with how we love our bodies and where we are.”

Aniston admits she does use “good stuff” to maintain her appearance.

“I wouldn’t say I didn’t get facials, lasers and all the good stuff,” she explained. “I mean, I stuck with it. I’m not going to just go down and let these gray hair take over.”

“So, it’s the point of view and knowing it’s one of our bodies,” she added. “It’s a mindset.”
