Senior Democratic strategist James Carville warned on a podcast Tuesday that Americans should be “highly alert” to the president Donald Trump Potential intervention in the midterm elections.
In the Politics War Room podcast co-hosted by Carville and Al Hunt, a viewer asked if Trump was sparking protests against his administration Midterm elections.
The second audience from Canada also asked Cavill: “Everything has been going on lately, do you think there will be a midterm election of course? If anything, will they not be manipulated?”
Cavill said he thought about these issues seriously before he made a harsh criticism of Trump.

“I said before, I’ll say it again: Trump doesn’t like the United States. He doesn’t like our laws, he doesn’t like our constitution,” Cavill has begun. “He doesn’t like our people. He calls them fat. He calls them poorly educated, stupid stupidity. He’s in what I believe – I say, but, every day, continue to believe in stronger people – we’re breaking down.”

“My thought is – if he sees himself walking down, he will try to take the whole country,” Cavill said of Trump. “He is not loyal to the United States of America. He doesn’t like the country. He always criticizes it. He has love for dictators. He has feelings for authoritarianism.”
He assured the audience. “And the day gets worse. It won’t stop getting worse. I will, we should be high and alert. So he will do his best and certainly help himself, of course, I believe this person really wants to hurt this country.”

Last week, Carville suggested in a podcast that powerful individuals and institutions working with the Trump administration could be treated like Nazi collaborators at the end of Trump’s tenure.
“I’m not saying these people should be put on their pajamas, shaved their heads, and spit down Pennsylvania Avenue. I’m not saying that, but I’m saying it did happen.”
The strategist said he did not endorse the treatment, but said it could happen to the Trump cooperative, adding that he had betrayed the United States.
“But I mean it did happen. I mean these people betray the French state in a way that I think these law firms and these huge corporate conglomerates betray the United States,” he declared.
