In Morgan’s response, he called the issue a “lie” while complimenting his community and schools for handling the situation, and condemning Neimberg for even raising the issue at all.
“I’m very proud of my community, he stands up for those who need to be defended and protected and makes sure we have top-notch schools and by the way we have incredible, incredible schools, incredible families, an incredible community, an incredible community to deal with this situation. Because it’s a lie!” Morgan said.
“So the next time the rep wants to talk about other areas, I know he might be ashamed, frankly, probably should, but no longer stand on this floor and spend time talking about kids today, but try to talk about your own area.”
Georges responded to Morgan’s allegations in response to X.
“real [Rep. Morgan?] Is your daughter in the locker room? Because mine is! How dare you accuse them of lying? You’re disgusting [and] Despicable man, I hope one day I can play audio for you! ” Georges wrote.

Nicole Georgas reveals complaint at the Board of Education meeting Deerfield Public School District 109 Last week, it was claimed that the incident came last month when the daughter refused to repurpose a uniform during physical education because there was a biological male student at the time.
“Girls want their locker room and the bathroom came back. They want their privacy to return. That’s why I’m here tonight. My thirteen-year-old daughter’s well-being, mental health and privacy are under threat,” Georges said at a board meeting Thursday.
According to Georgas, her daughter was “feared” and “extremely frustrated” when using the women’s bathroom on February 5, and noted that trans students also used the facilities.
“The government told her that students could use the bathroom as well as the women’s locker room because they are now women,” Georges said of the note administrator.
Georges said the situation worsened, and a few days later, her daughter and other classmates refused to turn into her uniform during physical education because of the presence of trans students.
She claimed the next day, school administrators pulled the girls aside, which later turned them into uniforms.
“That day, [Assistant Superintendent for Student Services] Joanna Ford, [Assistant Principal] Cathy Van Treese and several teachers entered the girls’ locker room, turning them into uniforms. She said it was going on throughout the week.

Georges then raised the issue with the school administration and pointed out to them that she believed it was a direct violation of President Donald Trump’s “Release men from women’s sports” Executive Order. In her speech, she said the government told her that the student was free to use the girl’s bathroom and the girl’s locker room under the guidance of her legal counsel.
Deerfield Public School District 109 said in a statement to Fox News Digital that no one else in the locker room made changes in front of others, adding that the school’s policies were in line with state laws.
“District 109 is committed to providing a learning environment where all students and staff are respected and supported. Our policies and procedures, including student use of locker rooms, are consistent with state laws, Illinois School Regulations and Illinois Board of Education (ISBE) guidance. No student changes in physical education courses in private indoors, and if in Rock Room, no student is required to physical education courses in private indoors.
