Prison records show that the illegal immigrant accused of killing a University of South Carolina crash was released without bail.
Rosali I. Fernandez Cruz, 24, is charged Strike and Kill Nathaniel Baker21, was in Columbia, South Carolina Tuesday.
Baker is University of South Carolina and appreciated by his Phi Gamma Delta Fraternity Brothers.

Fernandez Cruz, an illegal immigrant Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) possessed by detainees and charged with failing to succumb to Beck riding a motorcycle.
He then fled the scene, according to police.

“Fernandez Cruz was charged with not stopping or providing assistance to the victims or reporting incidents to the police,” a statement from the Columbia Police Department said. He was further charged with driving away from the scene. A nearby CPD official found and detained the suspect in the 1100 block of Green Street. Two male passengers were also running around from the scene while they were with Fernandez Cruz during the crash. No charges. ”
Fernandez Cruz was charged with hit rate, resulting in death, failure to provide information and assistance, failure to generate right of way and driving without a license.
Police said the ICE wanted before the accident.
