Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Blasted open border policies after four-time deportees were convicted of murdering Tacoma auto dealerships.
A Pierce County jury in Washington State convicted Jerry Espana-Davila on July 30, two counts of first-degree murder, two counts of second-degree murder (merged at the time of sentence) and illegal possession of a firearm, according to court documents obtained in court documents.
The Mexican country Espana-Davila entered the United States illegally on an unknown date and was deported four times, ICE confirmed.
His criminal record, reportedly dates back to 2000, includes charges against DUI, negligent driving and multiple assaults.

Washington’s The asylum policy prevents illegal immigrants from ice, effectively making the state their safe haven.
A spokesperson for ICE told Fox News Digital: “Jerry Espana-Davila entered the country illegally on an unknown date and time. He has been ousted four times – once in 2005, twice in 2007, and twice in 2010.”
“The open border policy has allowed foreigners to repeatedly illegally enter our country and intimidate U.S. citizens.”
Espana-Davila is still able to obtain weapons due to previous felony convictions, which have been banned from possessing firearms.
According to Pierce County prosecutors, Espana-Davila followed his latest victim, the 45-year-old car dealer, and then shot him to death on February 19, 2024.

As reported for the first time “Jason Lands Show”, Officials are said to have found the victim died in a white modern Tucson parked near 28th South and M Street in Tacoma.
According to court documents, surveillance video showed Espana-Davila tracked the victim’s car before shooting.
Espana-Davila escapes the minivan. The detective eventually associates him with the crime through a black dog, which is also seen in the video and is hit by a car before being picked up in animal control.
When Espana-Davila’s girlfriend arrives at the Humane Society to retrieve the dog, the detective is waiting and discovering him nearby. After confirming his identity, they arrested him.

Espana-Davila’s belief ensures that it faces a possible life sentence. His sentencing is scheduled for October 3.
