U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) arrests a New York-related MS-13 gang member, officials say Life is just a step Stay away from middle school.
Jamie Manual Perez Perez, 42, was detained by the ICE Homeland Security Investigation (HSI) on September 3 in Brentwood, the agency announced Tuesday.
