Hunter Biden filed an affidavit Tuesday acknowledging his “consent to disband,” according to records from the Washington, D.C. Court of Appeals. Biden “immediately suspended legal practice” in Washington, D.C. in June 2024 after his felony conviction in Delaware federal court.
According to the New York Post, Hunter Biden will be officially cancelled if the DC Court of Appeal accepts the advice of disciplinary action and its own consent.
The previous son’s Washington, DCFox News Digital found on Wednesday morning that members of the bar are currently under a “temporary disciplinary suspension.” Since 2007, Hunter Biden has obtained a license to the laws of the country’s capital.
