Hayden Haynes was arrested before midnight Tuesday night for allegedly trailing the vehicle while drunk. The arrest happened about an hour after the president. Donald TrumpThe joint speech to Congress ended.

“A driver returned to the parked vehicle at around 11:40 pm last night,” a USCP spokesman said. “We responded and arrested them for the DUI.”

Haynes, a native of Louisiana, graduated from Louisana Tech University in 2011 and later graduated from a graduate degree from Gonzaga University in 2014.
Johnson’s office said in a statement on Fox News’ digital numbers that the speaker still has “full confidence and confidence” in Haynes’ “ability to lead the speaker’s office.”
